Give us enough to find the issue
Include the product name, the portal page or product screen, the action you tried, and the exact error message. If the issue concerns a payment, identify which payment you mean.
When you can sign in, Settings → Profile shows your Account ID. Share it privately with Clout if needed to identify the account. Do not post it in public reports.
Keep passwords, authenticator setup keys, backup codes, session cookies, API keys, payment card numbers, and Creator credentials out of the conversation. If you send a screenshot, remove private account and Creator information first.

Refund requests
Contact Clout from the account you signed in with, identify the payment, and say what went wrong. The refund policy describes the first-payment window and other refund conditions.
If you have not heard back on a refund request within five working days, the policy asks you to send it again on Telegram.
