The policies cover the Clout Labs website, client portal, desktop software, and the services behind them. Read the full Privacy policy, Terms of service, and Refunds policy for the conditions that apply.

What Clout collects

The privacy policy describes your sign-in identity and provider-supplied name, computer names and operating systems, profile settings and stored logins, and ordinary server request logs.

Clout uses sign-in cookies in the portal. Optional diagnostics are off by default. Use the diagnostics switch under Settings → Preferences to choose whether to send them.

Stripe handles payment and holds card details. Clout does not store your full card number. The policy also names the providers involved in hosting, traffic delivery, and optional diagnostics.

Stored logins

Stored secrets are encrypted individually, with their keys protected by a service master key. A database copy alone does not reveal those secrets.

The privacy policy states that Clout can technically decrypt stored logins: administrators with access to the server and its master key hold the means to do so. Encryption is not a promise that Clout cannot read them.

The policy describes permission checks and access records for the product paths that open a stored secret. Give each teammate only the access they need; see Product access.

Retention and deletion

The policy places the service in the European Union and describes encrypted backups stored off the main server. Daily backups remain for 14 days, with a monthly copy kept for up to 400 days.

Deleting an account removes its live data as described in the deletion preview. Copies inside backups remain until those backups expire. See Deleting your account for the portal controls and team consequences.

Request your data

You can ask for a copy of your account data or request deletion whether or not you have an active plan. Talk to us using the account you signed in with, and explain the request. The privacy policy also lists the contact email and your right to complain to a local data protection authority in the EEA or UK.

Use the products under the terms

The software is a business tool for adults aged 18 or over. You are responsible for having the right to use the accounts you add, complying with the law and third-party platform rules, and keeping your sign-in secure.

Clout does not sell your information or share it for another party's marketing. Read the full policy for service providers, legal disclosures, and policy changes.
