Windows quick start
Install Clout Browser and open your first profile on Windows.

Install the desktop
Download the x64 installer from Download. The manifest currently lists Clout-Browser-Setup-0.0.50.exe. Run it, follow the installer and open Clout Browser.
The current Windows installer is unsigned. The portal explains More info and Run anyway under Windows’ protection warning. Check that the file came from Clout before continuing.
The current documentation screenshots show the 0.0.52 layout. Windows 0.0.50 can show an earlier profile form and engine or agent page. Read the version beside your download.
Prepare one profile
- Use Sign in with your browser and finish the portal tab. See First-time setup.
- Create a named profile, set its proxy and run Check proxy.
- Review its generated identity and save one profile.
- Start it from Profiles. Install the exact engine it requires if prompted.
- Close its browser when finished and let any account upload settle.
Ctrl+Enter starts selected profiles; Ctrl+Shift+Enter stops them. Ctrl+, opens Settings. Use Creating profiles and Browser engines for the controls in the current layout.
Connect automation
Copy agent setup from the installed app; on Windows the generated command targets PowerShell. MCP and Local API describe the current tools and HTTP contract. Copy the server’s displayed address rather than assuming a port.
